All packages are shipped in a plain shipping envelope or container. We only put our return shipping address on the label... no company name or adult content identification is on your package.

Warranty
1. All DVD/VHS videos listed as NEW are new videos shrink-wrapped from the manufacturer.

2. All DVD/VHS videos listed as PREVIOUSLY VIEWED are from our in-store rental library.

3. All videos - both NEW and PREVIOUSLY VIEWED are fully guaranteed as to both picture and/or sound quality.

 

Returns and Refunds
1. Returns are allowed only because of either poor picture and/or sound quality of the video/DVD purchased. We suggest that at first if you are experiencing some picture problems on a DVD that you take a Windex type of product - spray it on the readable side of the DVD and wipe gently in circular motion with a tissue or paper towel. This often cleans up residue on the DVD that may cause visual problems. If not, please return.

2. Returns of NEW videos will be replaced with the identical title unless the title is not readily available for shipment. A credit voucher will be issued.

3. Retuns of PREVIOUSLY VIEWED videos will be issued a credit voucher to be used for other merchandise as we cannot substitute a NEW video at the same price paid for PREVIOUSLY VIEWED titles.

4. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

5. Original package is required.

6. We require the customer to ship back to us FIRST CLASS MAIL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION RECEIPT - this method is quicker and allows a way to track the package.
